[問題] 目標減脂,需要買教練課嗎?
第一次po文,如有違規煩請告知。
最近加入WG,想認真讓身形看起來更好,爬過很多文章,但仍有不清楚之處,因此想請大
家給我點意見(^ω^)
WG測量的數據:
年齡29,身高168
除脂體重54.6 脂肪重30.6 總體重85.2囧rz
骨骼肌重30.3 體脂肪率35.9 基代1549
病史:
生長激素腺瘤併發糖尿病(分泌過多的生長激素,所以開刀前長高5公分,骨架也長大,
骨密度高)
問題:
聽WG教練說我肌肉量算高,但體脂肪也高,所以我想以減脂為主,是否有氧就足夠呢?
目前每天都會去報到,跑步機30分,腳踏機30分,游泳(蛙式仰式交換)30分
請問這樣可以有效減脂嗎?還是需要配合重訓?如有需要配合重訓,是否要買教練課呢?
