[問題] 請問一天兩次重訓加有氧效果
從減重開始已經四個月
前一個月時間比較多 幾乎每天都是重訓1~1.5小時加40分鐘有氧
有時候加班不能常常到健身房報到
就在放假的時候 一天練兩趟 一趟教練帶 一趟自己練
時間都是一個小時以上重訓 再加40分鐘有氧
請問這樣對於減重減脂的效果會有甚麼影響?
目前體重92~93
每天大概都是吃到1800左右
如果是練兩次會吃到2100~2200
蛋白質會攝取乳清 每天約70~80g
請各位前輩指教
