[建議] 減10%脂肪後

用了兩年多有氧搭簡易重訓掉到36%
每隔三個月會在體適能版發文檢視自己
有興趣可以A我給我建議!!!
現在體重卡在60快一個月了
更不用說 體脂完全下不來
發現除了有氧之外
真的要認真的開始重訓
卻卡在新手沒教練 姿勢錯誤會受傷的問題
高中生沒什麼錢能請教練
請問有沒有沒有這些疑慮的重訓方式
(雖然問這個好蠢 但每個人都是新手起家啊!!!
有加入臺南的浩沙健身
平常使用跑步機跟啞鈴自己亂練…
平常都先熱身跑10分鐘
然後核心再開始重訓或繼續跑步
因為是高三生
所以一個禮拜只有二四能去
其他日子只能在家核心.跑操場
或是自己深蹲(背直 腳尖不會刻意看 會注意有沒有骨盆前傾而已@@
現在卡在60kg / 36%
體脂好像跟Cup也有關係吼@@
從最胖到現在才瘦1cup
最想練胸 讓上胸有肉!!!!
現在穿運動內衣上胸都鬆鬆的
而且明明沒下垂 上胸沒肉看起來就是垂垂垂Orz
