[建議] 請推薦街頭健身裡練胸>練手的動作
目前169 /63/11% 左右
沒有去健身房的習慣
但會在版上找教學影片學習
現在下班後會在公園利用石椅做幾組伏地挺身 加單槓(正反手輪流)
可是每次做完手臂的腫脹感都遠大於胸部
再加上小時候坐姿不良,
最下方的肋骨有些微外翻(凹胸)
目前胸部有點慘
請教一下
那些街頭健身的動作是練胸大於練手臂
或是我的動作錯誤,請推薦教學影片
