弱項:推(深蹲、臥推)
中:鱷魚型
特徵:四肢皆短,軀幹厚寬
強項:推(臥推、深蹲)
弱項:拉(硬舉、引體向上)
右一:牛羚型
特徵:什麼都長(?)
強項:籃球、跑步
弱項:舉東西
硬舉屁股要多高、臥推手要握多寬、深蹲腳掌要朝前還是朝外
其實都沒有一個固定的公式,因為這跟你的體型有關係
說白了,就是所謂的槓桿原理
每個人的支點跟矩臂都有一點不同
一個手長腳短的教練,要求腳長手短的學生模仿他
根本一點道理都沒有
每個人都必須了解自己的身體結構,這樣才能找出最有效、最不會受傷的姿勢
