[問題] 這種身材在家練還能進步嗎?

如上圖,都是在家練的
仰臥和伏地都有負重10公斤,分別50和30下
滾輪用站姿做30下
其他就是用10公斤啞鈴都做一做,都30下
我覺得很難再有進步了,
這樣買20公斤啞鈴在家做會有進步嗎?還是要考慮去健身房了?
我想讓胸肌,腹肌,手臂肌肉更明顯
