[問題] 背肌感受度
平常練背大概是練引體向上跟划船機
划船可以明顯感受到背肌出力跟無力
但是做引體向上總是覺得前臂跟二頭會先很痠
然後背又沒啥感覺
要怎麼提升做引體的背肌出力感受呢?
請大大分享一下
