[問題] 高熱量乳清vs低熱量乳清
各位大大好
上次小弟去買乳清時,一進店裡賣家聽到我要買乳清就說:「你要買高熱量的齁」,我本
身170/70,平常都喝惡魔低熱量的,但那賣家一聽到我要買低熱量的就一臉不可置信,還
斬釘截鐵地跟我說喝低熱量的沒有用
他的說法是:對於增肌的話喝低熱量是「完全」沒有效的,低熱量是選手在比賽前修線條
用的;而要增肌的話需要的是細的碳水化合物,要喝高熱量乳清才有辦法攝取到
對於他的說法我覺得很匪夷所思==,想請問版上各位的看法?謝謝
