[問題] 為何重訓身體就開始降溫
小弟七月中旬開始在健身房運動,
運動前都會在跑步機跑20分鐘當熱身,
總是會流一身汗,接著重訓差不多1.5hr,
越到後面流的汗都乾了...身體一冷下來就越是沒勁。是強度不夠嗎?(但我的身體隔天都很酸&疲倦)。
這現象是正常的嗎?
或是說有什麼重訓包含有氧,做了體溫會上升的嗎?。
