[問題] 腹肌的保存期限
想請問一下有練出腹肌的強者
小弟我想開始練
因為工作有點忙
所以一週最多可撥出4-5次 一次一小時
預計其中3天各跑10km
另外以一天兩餐水煮餐的方式去做準備
但有兩個問題...
1. 這樣的強度夠嗎?
目標放在三個月後要達10%
而小弟目前的體重是93公斤
體脂肪約18%
若不夠是否還有其他建議的訓練方式
p.s.天數方面已經達上限了
可能只能從強度或訓練方式下手
2. 若真的練出來了
是否可以停止跑步或其他有氧?
停了後是否腹部又會一團和氣
因為對有氧很沒有愛Orz...
麻煩有腹肌的強者幫忙解答一下
