[問題] 延遲性痠痛沒出現
如題
小魯不才最近除了有氧之外也開始重訓
二頭和三頭肌都會隔天或隔一天開始感到痠痛
可是有一些比較奇妙的地方就不會這樣
例如小魯之前做了幾組飛鳥練胸大肌,隔天就崩潰了,休息兩三天才恢復
然後恢復後繼續做飛鳥(同重量),隔天卻沒有感覺到痠痛,再隔一天也沒有
於是就繼續補同重量同組數的份量,可是一樣沒有出現延遲性的痠痛...
請問這是正常的現象嗎?小魯除了重訓之外也會做有氧,事前事後都會拉筋或做和緩運動
睡眠都是一天維持在八小時左右。
p.s.用Abdominal 腹部訓練機和Torso Rotation 軀幹旋轉訓練機練腹肌好像也不容易感到
痠痛,到底是為什麼呢...
用Seated Leg Press 坐式腿部推蹬訓練機就算用到最大重量195+7.5kg去做12*6也不容易
感覺到延遲性痠痛,想請問各位是不是小魯的訓練方式是否有不當,謝謝。
