[閒聊] 到底先有氧還無氧!搞得我好亂RRRRRRR
A保健營養系朋友:要先重訓、再有氧,先用光肝醣才會消耗脂肪。
B朋友:健身房教練都叫我先有氧30分鐘(俗稱熱車) 然後再來重訓
網路上爬文:各種聲音都有..........god mamn it!!
最後我有了結論!
先有氧 先重訓
優點 1.有暖身不易受傷 1.先重訓能做比較重
2.可以增加肺活量 2.減脂肪較快(先用完肝醣,再燒脂肪)
缺點 1.有氧完較沒力 1.想不到
我自己到現在為止都是重訓前先跑2KM有氧再做重訓= =
別說我沒爬文 我爬一堆文霧煞煞才來PO的 Q_Q
最扯的是健身教練 和 保健營養系同學的建議是相反...
