[問題] 有關於駝背
各位強者好,
如題我是想問駝背問題,我有爬過文但這邊不是討論
因為胸練很猛而造成背部弱的駝背。
因為本人180,從學生時代開始就有駝背的壞習慣,
走路的時候其實不是很好看,坐姿也是。最近開始
比較正視這個問題,想請問我是不是"核心下背"太弱才會
造成駝背的問題??
如果是,想請問怎麼入門開始練下背比較好? 當然硬舉這種高級動作
我現在應該做不來。想問"趴在地上然後下背用力使胸口離地"
這動作會比較好嗎? 因為大家好像都不推羅馬椅...
羅馬椅拿來練下背或側腹真的不好嗎?
