[問題] 胸肌卡關
持續健身快一年了,目前體重78kg
身高175,胸肌一直都是我抓不到
訣竅,我上中下胸都推至少都推五組
-6組,但是到後面酸的總是手臂,而且
自由槓,史密斯,啞玲我都有試過;
德國壯漢,金字塔我也都練過一斷時
間,但是就是一直維持而已,請問我
該請教練嗎? 有什麼辦法可以練成
方型,又厚實呢?
