[轉錄] 練舉重只需做五個動作
此觀念由舉重教練Ivan Abadjiev提出
當他在七八十年代指導保加利亞舉重隊時
他們在備賽期只採用5個訓練動作
卻拿到了9塊奧運會金牌與不計其數的世錦賽和歐錦賽獎牌
五個動作為:
- The competition Snatch
- The competition Clean and Jerk
- The Front Squat
- The Power Snatch
- The Power Clean
