關於這點我想問問看
通常拳擊類的運動都需要敏捷的速度
身邊其實那種毫無贅肉的朋友
(男 是屬於精壯非精瘦型)
雖然看起來不小隻 體重都蠻輕的
有聽玩拳擊的朋友建議我不要重訓了
因為重訓會讓自己速度變慢
我本身反應就算蠻敏捷的
我是女生 也沒有訓練超大重量那種
目前練了一年半
想說那練拳擊的人應該會有一套訓練跟飲食方法
可以讓身體的質量變輕但又更強壯
但又同時覺得這跟我目前對重訓的知識有所相悖
肌肉應該會讓身體質量變重不是嗎
要變強壯要怎麼同時變輕
(還是這就是增肌減脂的效果?)
又或是我身邊那些精壯朋友天生麗質
跟訓練飲食方法無關?
又或是練重訓跟練拳擊是兩個完全不同的世界嗎@@
求解我好困惑呀~~
