[問題] 碳水化合物所含的蛋白質該算進攝取量?
根據最新健美運動詳解,全麥麵包、米飯類或碳水化合物所含之蛋白質不應計入攝取量內
因為所含之胺基酸不完全,請問各位有將這類蛋白質含量列入攝取量中嗎?
還是有減量列入?
