[問題] 脊椎受傷鍛鍊
之前因為坐姿不良,加上運動傷害,造成第四節解離,第五節突出,醫生建議加強核心肌群,游泳應該是一個很好選擇,但是由於目前還在服役,時間和金錢沒那麼足夠,不知道有什麼建議的訓練方式,不比較不會造成脊椎負擔(手機排版多見諒)
