[問題] 路跑山路的鍛鍊及乳清問題
路跑新手自不量力報了半馬,結果才發現都是山路好硬呀Orz..
想在天氣不好的時候做重訓,想請問如果在家訓練,只有啞鈴、單槓、厚瑜珈墊,該怎麼鍛鍊相關肌肉呢?
股四頭跟小腿知道該怎麼練了,想特別加強大腿後側不知道有甚麼動作適合?
有沒有甚麼肌群要特別加強的?
另外想請問乳清種類及價格問題,有看到說分離乳清雖然好吸收,但是似乎容易造成掉髮?
如果服用乳清能加速恢復嗎?
