[問題] 跑步時舉啞鈴

是這樣的,最近上網看一些對岸健身心得
發現有一些人討論跑步時手舉啞鈴,可以更有效的消耗卡路里
但是又有另一派人表示這樣是不三不四的做法,而且容易受傷
想請問版上是否有專業的前輩們曾經做過相關鍛鍊?
如果要做這種鍛鍊,啞鈴選擇多重的適合?
