[問題] 肩頭前傾怎麼改善?
小弟173公分/55公斤
可能因為側睡或姿勢不良導致肩頭前傾,與衣服肩線對不齊(肩頭在前,衣服肩線在後)
右肩比左肩嚴重,躺平無法貼近床面....
那請問要做哪些動作可以改善?
多練夾胸會更嚴重嗎?(目前做大概90磅)
