[問題] 請問虱目魚適合拿來補充蛋白質嗎
因為懶得自己煮雞胸肉
鹹水雞又超不健康
然後健身房和公司附近都有虱目魚湯在賣XD
(只吃魚不喝湯)
幾乎都吃蛋白跟虱目魚來補充
最近要入手乳清了
我想請問一直吃這個會不會有什麼問題啊
網路上查到虱目魚蛋白質20g 脂肪10g左右 這樣脂肪會算太高嗎?
還有順便一問 魚下巴適合嗎?
