[問題] 腳無力
最近跑步膝蓋會痛
聽說練股四頭肌有幫助
今天第一次靠著牆坐空椅子
沒想到十秒就撐不住了Q皿Q
弱爆了orz...
請問我那麼弱的肌力該怎麼練比較好
看板友有人是一次一分鐘,練個三輪,一天三次(好像是)
那我一次十秒要練幾次才有進步orz?
