[問題] squat的防護腰帶
最近做squat的時候,有時候為了讓膝蓋不要太前突出膝蓋,會把身體重心往前
而屁股往後坐,變成背的角度及腰大約是與水平50~60度
爬文看到的一般姿勢好像不會到這麼傾斜,以至於腰部感到壓力很大
反而臀大肌確沒甚麼痠痛感(目前練一個月做60KG,還在smith machine)
看影片長長看到選手做Squat會穿戴護腰皮帶
故 想請問板上的大大有人有心得 以及建議的牌子等?
很怕腰背會受傷 >"<

請問一個小小擔憂問題 大家會怕常練squat 或 deadlift 因壓力過大而有椎間盤突出
(HIVD)的危險嗎? (假設姿勢也都沒有不良問題的狀況下)
我現在做的量是不用擔心 但想知道做100多公斤的大大有沒有因此有這問題等等?
