[問題] 關於全身協調性
以前剛接觸健身是因為該上大學要打籃球發現太瘦了,
所以一直想練壯,就自己亂練,幾乎練上半身,根本
沒做了核心下半身,然後後來有人提醒我說這樣練,
可能身體力量會不平衡,造成不太協調,到近一年,
就全身練了(暑假後升大四),想問的是說,身體有沒有
力量大概分別是多少算是平衡的 本人187/77 體脂大概16-17%
臥推70KG(含自由槓) 深蹲90KG(史密斯) 不知道我這樣算平衡嗎?
