[問題] 手部增肌
平日有習慣做阻力訓練.上健身房(為了增肌)及有氧運動(這是我的愛~)
最近深感手臂細到快斷掉了
尤其是手部放鬆時,從手指到肩膀整段的血管十分明顯...
我的問題
1.想要局部(手部)增肌是要多做二頭和三頭的重訓嗎?
但感覺越用力血管越明顯...(今天搬了一箱重物快爆了!)
2.記得要讓肌肉休息48小時,所以昨天重訓的話,今天應該休息?
3.如果是簡單阻力訓練可以天天進行嗎?

腹部只有2小條血絲,但很滿意六塊線條,所以忽視XD~
