[問題] 跑步怎麼保護腿部肌肉跟膝蓋
大家好
我從事服務業
要站一整天
下了班去運動
目前我都做有氧,就是跑步
但是很容易大腿抽筋(站了一整天可能過度疲勞)
膝蓋一蹲下去就痛
不知道是傷到軟骨還甚麼???
但是我想先減肥再重訓
不得不做有氧運動
想請問我該怎麼保護腿部肌肉跟膝蓋呢
請有經驗的人可以教教我
