[問題] 新手施力點如何掌握?
版上各位先進大家好,小弟在這邊第一次發文,如有違反版規我會自D
請問在做臥推時,如何確定自己的施力點是正確的呢?
爬文說做重訓都是做到隔天部位痠痛才有顯著效果,但是我都完全沒有
很怕自己埋頭做了很久結果胸部沒長大長到奇怪的地方去...
有在練健力的朋友說,把胸部挺起來就不會變成靠肩膀在出力,我認為我都有確實
做到這點,還是說飲食的配合也是很重要呢?
PS不知道有沒有版友也有加入板橋的世界健身中心,小弟晚上都會去運動,
說不定可以一起訓練順便指導我一下,感謝!
