從大學健身到現在也三年多了
手邊的器材30磅啞鈴 3KG啞鈴 50磅槓鈴 仰臥斜板 握力器
目前在家就是背和腹肌的訓練 (抱歉拍不到背肌照...
最近去成大健身房辦了一年份的健身證 打算繼續強化線條
希望和在116健身的版友互相交換心得
自從我健身後下背痛消失了 體力也變好 異性緣也多了
健身真是一舉數得 =w=
菜單:
啞鈴二頭彎舉 30磅 10~15下 三組
啞鈴平舉 3KG 30~40下 三組
啞鈴側舉 同上
槓鈴平舉 50磅 5下 三組
啞鈴划船 30磅 20~25下 三組
伏地挺身70下 50下 50下 (中間休息
斜版仰臥起坐 沒數 當有氧作到累 大概100~200下 兩組
慢跑 <<< 這個我最懶 後來我直接跑跑步機10~15分鐘當暖身
握力器 練到累 主要輔助玩單槓時的握力
引體向上 35下 之後10下一組 5組
大概主要就這些 然後會找youtube影片 練練核心肌群
