[問題] 組數多寡
這兩個月開始認真重訓
一週練個4~6天
分胸背腿再加些小肌群
一天約30~35組
胸背腿都會佔到20組初頭
最近確常看到一些練太多組
反而效果較差
也有一說效率較差
請問這是真的嗎
雖然我自己練到後面都覺得再練肌耐力了
不過還是想堅持下去
另外是要休1分到1分半
還是要休2~3分呢
我是想練肌力
