[問題] 伏地挺身做不起來該怎麼訓練
小弟是個即將入伍的宅宅
但是伏地挺身做不起來實在是相當困擾 (連一下都有問題)
從小到大上半身的肌肉就非常弱....
請問有什麼辦法可以把伏地挺身練起來
進而可以拉單槓和丟手榴彈丟遠遠呢?
