[問題] 乳清食用時間
小弟有爬文過!
想請大家看看我吃乳清的時間跟量適不適合
重訓日:
1.重訓前吃一匙EAS
2.重訓完喝杯牛奶或再吃一匙
3.睡前吃一匙EAS (睡前吃會造成負擔嘛?)
total約等於共多補充40g蛋白
非重訓日:
1.非正餐時間吃一匙EAS
另外我重訓都會盡量做到力竭
但隔天都只有一點點痠痛甚至不太會痠
這樣是否代表重訓強度不夠?
