[問題] 深蹲的問題
很多人說深蹲可以練到臀部,
可是我練完之後(50KG, 4組, 1組10下)臀部都不太會痠,
反而練hip adduction比較有感覺,
是因為我深蹲姿勢不對,還是重量不夠呢??
