[問題] 肌力與肌肥大訓練的差別?
肌力訓練:例如本來可以20 kg舉10下,訓練一段時間後進步了,
變成可以40 kg舉10下,肌力變大,
肌肥大訓練:訓練一段時間後進步了,肌肉外觀size變大,
肌力與肌肥大訓練方式差在哪裡?一樣?
