[問題] 只用TRX鍛鍊會有增肌效果嗎
小弟約一個月後要入伍
因為是當替代役,空閒時間多
打算要買條TRX來鍛鍊,主要是想增肌增重
我身高168體重52,BMI在過瘦跟正常之間徘徊
我目標是想增加8~10公斤的體重
如果光靠TRX有辦法達到我的目標嗎
前陣子很紅的德國體操哥

我是以他的身材為目標
看網路上資料說他身高167體重58
跟我只差6公斤,但是身材跟我也差太多了吧
難道6公斤就能有很大的變化嗎
如果資料是正確的話,對我還滿激勵的
6公斤好像不會太多太困難的樣子(還是我想太得容易了?)
