[問題] 只做伏地挺身有辦法練出漂亮的胸型嗎?
只做伏地挺身的話,有辦法練出漂亮的胸嗎?
感覺有些在認真操練的國軍弟兄也是胸膛厚實、胸型漂亮
但又在健身房聽到別人說伏地挺身負重不夠,也沒法針對上胸與下胸
如果是這樣的話,那些國軍第兄又是怎麼練的?

若以姿勢來說,把腳墊高可以練上胸、把手墊高可以練到下胸,這樣對嗎?
那寬手和窄手所練的部位又有什麼分別?
