[問題] 重訓的用鞋要平底的嗎?
特別是做大腿蹲舉,或下背硬舉時,這時候覺得鞋底會有影響,
我現在穿的也是一般運動跑步鞋,觀察跑步鞋前面腳掌鞋底薄,
而腳跟的鞋底厚,從小跑步打球不覺得有什麼影響,
而大腿蹲舉,或下背硬舉的標準動作都是假設水平的地面,裸足時的人體力學,
那這樣穿的鞋子鞋底應該要一致性的厚度,而不是腳掌薄,腳跟厚,
現在穿的跑步鞋影響重訓之處,特別是硬舉時,就是腳掌會往鞋尖方向滑動,
因為鞋底厚度前薄後厚斜斜的,另外蹲舉的平衡感也怪怪,
所以重訓的專用鞋是不是平底的?
另一個問題,重訓時很想狂吼,在家裡試過狂吼會幫助衝過困難無力點,
可是健身房幾乎沒有人在吼,我也不敢吼,狂吼對健康應該是好的,對吧?
