[問題] 身邊只有5磅的啞鈴可以做什麼?
小弟其實目前還在減肥期
而且還是很重的體重
目前靠一點運動跟節食
從運動開始算
大概減了10kg/1個月
但體重目前還有100kg 170cm= ="
本來想瘦到80kg再開始練重訓加強線條
但前陣子幫父親清倉庫
無意間發現兩根各5磅而已的啞鈴
想說除了有氧外想做點簡易的重訓嘗鮮一下
不過嘗試網路上的教學
他們都是拿大概10kg以上的啞鈴在練
我照動作跑了幾組感覺都還好
會不會因為太輕了 我多做幾組也沒用啊= =?
題外話
不過膝蓋微彎 平舉那個倒是滿累的(聽說是練手臂側線條)
