[問題] 自己在家練肌肉
小弟最近開始自己在家練肌肉
主要是想練腹部
在家睡覺前都會坐個100下左右仰臥起坐
25下仰臥抬腿 這樣就有點累了
如果想要快點有線條 還需要做些什麼呢
能給我個建議嗎 小弟是初學者
如果要練胸光坐伏地挺身有用嗎

還有請問是要做運動前吃東西 還是運動後呢
那請問吃什麼東西比較好 ^^
