[問題] 做重訓不補充高蛋白飲品的話會怎樣呢?
做重量已經有很長一段時間了
有時到健身房運動時
總是會看到同是重訓愛好者手拿一瓶乳清蛋白飲品在喝…
想請問版上重訓比較有經驗的鄉民或是教練們
做重訓的話不補充高蛋白飲品會有差嗎?
最近身體一直感覺疲勞
不知道是重訓沒補充營養品關係還是沒睡飽…
懇請各位做一下經驗傳承囉
