[問題] 蛋白質的攝取
大家好,我知道要修補肌肉必須攝取蛋白質,但現在我有個問題
就是植物性跟動物性這兩種,
我是豆漿,肉,跟蛋都有食用,我想問的是,如果訓練一樣,但是我改成
只喝豆漿(就變成要喝很大),會有什麼不同?
還有你們吃蛋時會把蛋黃拿掉嗎?(有膽固醇)
