[問題] 肩膀沾黏
小弟目前肩膀大圓肌附近有沾黏,右手大拇指的韌帶也有稍微沾黏,
但還是想要健身減肥,目前適合做怎樣的重訓呢?還是先乖乖的練腳呢?謝謝^^
還有想請問由於之前研究所考試,所以胖了快12KG
但發現都是在肚子上,目前是要用有氧來減
想請問大大們還有什麼更有效的方法呢,衣服都穿不下了= = 謝謝
