[討論] 肌肉酸痛
三個月前開始專練背肌及二頭肌
背肌練到後來 單槓至多15下
二頭肌20P可以一次舉160下
最近想說改變部位訓練 換練胸肌及腹肌後
發生了一個奇怪的現象
隔天練完沒怎樣 但隔隔天可是連10下都做不起來
先前可以負重20kg作伏地挺身200下沒問題
腹肌可以作仰臥起坐快1000下
不知有沒有人曾經遇過這種情形 可以分享一下心得的
