[問題] 如何集中精神和注意力
小弟最近剛開始重訓
之前都是有氧,如跑步游泳
發現自己重訓很難集中注意力,不像做有氧時可以撐住
常常做完幾組就覺得精神不繼,無力感很大。(重訓前有吃一些全麥吐司,不是飢餓問題)
請問各位前輩是剛開始訓練都會這樣嗎?
要如何讓自己集中精神出力呢?
