[問題] 想請問怎麼練的像布萊德比特那樣
他在鬥陣俱樂部裡面身材真的非常的好

這體脂肪應該10%以下吧
肌肉也滿大塊形狀又滿好的
想要練成像他這樣要怎麼練呢??
我現在一個禮拜跑步3天
每次40分鐘速度大概9.5
目前體脂肪大概16%
重訓一個禮拜也三天
可是之前練方法不太對好像都沒什麼練到
有人可以開菜單給我嘛???
