[問題] 增肌減脂期的安排
今天爬鐵克看到一個觀念
增肌前必須先增重 要容忍一些脂肪
尤其是在腰部
想起之前板友有提到
增肌和減脂就像是起立和坐下的動作
分開執行會比較好
請問大家增肌期會完全避免有氧
好好休息嗎
而減脂期則相反過來注意卡路里攝取
兩種時期也是1:1時間比例嗎
請問這樣的觀念正確嗎
