[問題] 關於大腿內收機與大腿外擴機
相信有去健身房的都會看過大腿內收機與大腿外擴機
大腿內收機似乎是鍛鍊大腿內側肌群
而大腿外擴機是臀中肌和臀小肌
請問板上的前輩 這兩樣器材鍛鍊到的肌群
對運動會有什麼幫助? 例如會讓人跑得更快?之類的
因為本身有在打籃球 想說如果對籃球有多少幫助
以後上健身房就會加強鍛鍊了 如果沒什麼作用 那就偶爾無聊去用就好
