[問題] 為什麼一重訓韌帶肌腱就都受傷?
小妹昨天開始練胸肌
因為健身房沒開便自己在家用伏地挺身練
結果今天手腕就開始痛
(我已經用很高的高度做了 用書桌當地板 高度大約60cm)
應該要先停止 還是只是身體肌肉太弱 要繼續訓練呢?
真的很灰心 一重訓 韌帶肌腱卻一直受傷...
