[問題] 只練上胸不練下胸
各位前輩大家好
小弟用伏地挺身和仰臥飛鳥練胸肌約3個禮拜
主要都是練上胸
然而因為在家練沒有器材
為了能夠練下胸
找了精華區及網路文章
有試過兩張桌子並排加上ㄇ字手把等等
都沒辦法有比較好的效果
因此想問問若只練上胸不練下胸
會有什麼樣的狀況嗎(胸部畸型?)?
