[問題] 牛奶還是豆漿
前陣子喝了不少高蛋白奶粉,果然效果明顯,肌肉長得又大又快。
可惜一旦不喝,效果就打了折扣。
最近想從營養方面下手,想說與其喝高蛋白奶粉,
不如用天然的牛奶或豆漿代替。
豆漿有很多植物蛋白,也的確不錯,
想請問大家覺得重訓後用一般牛奶補充蛋白質,效果如何?
